RC Lens and Adecco unite around shared collective values

This strategic partnership represents a shared vision of a sport that is committed, useful, and committed to professional integration and training. In practice, this partnership will be implemented throughout the season, with job placement initiatives, the creation of links between talented young people and local companies, and a series of activities at the Stade Bollaert-Delelis, such as the employment forum, as well as throughout the region.
In particular, Adecco will be bringing its expertise to young people at the RC Lens training center, to make them aware of the challenges of the professional world and the prospects for career change. Promotional initiatives will also be deployed to highlight and support the women's team. At the same time, Adecco teams will be in charge of recruiting and supervising staff for the official stores, as well as receptionists for home matches.
This type of alliance demonstrates that sports sponsorship can go far beyond visibility, by generating value for the entire local ecosystem.

By reinforcing the strong and lasting links between the worlds of sport and business, this partnership promises excellent prospects for the club, its players, its fan community and the local community. This partnership is fully in line with RC Lens' ambition to be a committed club, a player in local life and a collective energy catalyst.
Benjamin PARROT, Managing Director of Racing Club de Lens: "We are delighted to welcome Adecco as an Official Partner of Racing Club de Lens for the next three seasons! In addition to the arrival of a major player, leader in its sector in France, this partnership is particularly meaningful thanks to Adecco's strong local roots in the mining basin. We also share strong values, with the shared priority of putting people at the heart of our commitment. This partnership is concrete and committed, as it will directly benefit many Lensois and Lensoises at the traditional Employment Forum. I'm also delighted to see that it will benefit young people at the training center, as well as the club's women's section. Welcome to Adecco and its staff in the RC Lens family!”
Sylvie FRANC, Regional Operations Director at Adecco (North): “We're very proud to sign this partnership with RC Lens, an emblematic club that embodies not only sporting excellence but also a deep-rooted history in our region. The “Sang et Or” are much more than a team, they represent a true community, uniting generations of enthusiasts around the values of solidarity and determination. Together, we will work to strengthen these ties and support our region.”
Benjamin DEBLICKER, SVP Sales, SPORTFIVE France: "This partnership between RC Lens and Adecco fully embodies the way in which sport can become a vector of positive and sustainable impact for territories. At SPORTFIVE, we are proud to have accompanied the meeting of two players who share a strong vision: to make the collective a lever for performance, inclusion and meaning. This type of alliance demonstrates that sports sponsorship can go far beyond visibility, by generating value for the entire local ecosystem."
