As part of our corporate responsibility, it is important to us to use our network and expertise in a meaningful and targeted way in the area of sustainability. We have launched the SPORTGIVE initiative to implement our own campaigns and measures. We focus on the core areas in which we can achieve the greatest added value as an agency. In addition to internal measures for more sustainable management, we also initiate our own projects and support existing projects.
Our cooperation with existing projects and non-profit organizations always goes beyond financial support. We not only bring our expertise but also our network and existing resources to support the project.

Our Focus Areas
We want to break down barriers and contribute to a diverse society. Besides revenue-driven reasons, there are many social and ethical reasons in favor of reinforcing a diverse and inclusive work environment.
To raise awareness and support inclusivity, we enable our employees to participate in inclusive events such as the Corporate Volunteer Program at the Special Olympics World Games 2023 in Berlin, Germany.
We want to put an end to inequalities and give back to society through sport for positive change, to inspire others and leave a lasting impact on communities and individuals in need.
We are committed to change the world for the better through the power of sport which is why we are supporting charitable causes such as Footballl For Worldwide Unity, who provide youth football coaches with the tools they need in order to use football as a vehicle for social change.

We firmly believe that everyone deserves a fair chance to succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances. By championing equal opportunities, we strive to create a more inclusive society where everyone can thrive and reach their full potential.
To support this effort, as part of our partnership with the Arthur Ashe Legacy Fund at UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles), which funds student scholarships and projects commemorating the tennis icon and great humanitarian, we offer opportunities to enter the sports industry through internships at our sites in the U.S.
